Welcome to the Curlew Country Volunteer Hub

Thanks to those who attended our Volunteer’s Meeting. It was lovely to see you all and see so many new faces joining us.

We will have our first work party for pen building on Thursday 3rd April starting at 9:30 am.

If you are doing a Breeding Curlew Survey then look through the transect walk maps and choose a site that suits you. Please let us know which site you would like to do and also fill in a volunteer registration form, which you can email it to us at curlewcountry@gwct.org.uk

This map gives you some idea of where the transect routes for Breeding Curlew Surveys are situated, to help in selecting a survey site. Refer to the ‘Transect Walk Maps 2025’ PDF for individual site maps.
